Squat: 110 lbs + bar
Bench Press: 105 lbs + bar
Row: 90 lbs + bar
Dips: 10, 5, 4 (yeah, that right, I said 10)

I’ve been lifting weights again over the last two and half weeks and doing pretty well with eating right.

I have a new You Tube channel.  I’m going to start making more videos.
